Processing & Production Time All items are made to order by our print-on-demand partners (Printful, Printify, Ninja POD). Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation email.

Important Notes Because each item is made to order, total delivery time is production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially for gifts or events.

↩️ Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-Order Items Because all products are custom-made when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible as production has started.
